Loving father of Michael R. Siersema, Nicholas Siersema, Joy-Anne Gullickson and Phillip Siersema. Beloved grandfather of Michael L., Timothy, Andrew and Ian Siersema, Christina and Joy-Anna Gullickson, and Emily Isacson. Member of the Dutch Resistance during WWII and later joined the Dutch Armed Forces prior to immigrating to Canada in 1951. Retired Accountant from Varian Associates and BART. Long time resident of the Santa Cruz Mountains. He will be lovingly remembered for his intellectual discourse with friends, and his deep love for animals, sailing and reading.
