Life's Breath

Dwelling in the darkness

On it I live and breath

Living in the stars light

Breathing in moon beams

My focus shifts to Venus

For love I long to find

Scanning through the heavens

I try to find a sign

A shadow passes over

Wing flaps fillmy ears

For yes I long to be there

Soaring through the skies

High up in the clouds

Now to come upon the light

It amazes all my senses

Yet fills my heart with fright

Wishing not to folly

And flounder what I've found

My wings slightly dip

As I near the ground

With arms outstretched I grasp it

And hold it close to me

That which only matters

The life and breath of me.
