No More Tears

Sad tears rain down the silence

Drown my ears then fade to an echo

Back to silence, my ears ring from within

Fluttering echos of warped thought waves

Rush my senses and paralyze my mind

Beading rolls of water fall

Seep into my soul and purify

Cleanse these regrets

Set my mind free again

It lets out the sorrow easily

Without the pain of watery tears

Immobilizing me initially

Then passing to an echo

A memory lost of you

Or maybe just hidden

Waiting for the spark to illuminate

Show me what is lost

And be at ease again

Or just let it lie dormant

'till I deem it time

To unlock the door again

And let you back in.
