The Initiate
He greets the moon lightly
Bare upon this earth
Total concentration
In utter detachment
The goddess as his witness
For all eternity she watches
Purity never to be attained
Yet always striven for
He anoints himself below the moon
In heis circle alone
Chanting dancing embracing
His life a celebration
None can avvert
He is one with the moon
The trees and the dirt
Always faithful
Foremost to himself
And his beliefs
For this is his power
His life flame burns brightly
For all to see
As he doth will
It is so done
So mote it be. |
