Touch of an Angel

An angel blessed me today

Bringing her light

Words softly spoken

She's put me in flight

High in the clouds

Awaiting the day

When she may embrace me

And take these worries away

Waiting so patiently

For the time of our meet

I'm sitting here alone

Next to me is a seat

Fill it she may

As time may atest

Yet I know not for sure

She may slip by like the rest

You've enchanted me so

With but the words from your lips

Talking through the night

Silently with fingertips

Noone can now help
